GT CNC Controller Box Box

CNC Controller Box - for GT platform Onewheel

Box is designed to support the following

• VESC - Thor300, LIL Focor, Tronic X12, Tronic 250R,and JetFleetF6 (mounting plate for additional VESC options you can drill this with holes to fit any VESC.
• M19x1 Power Button
• GT footpad connector.
• Superflux/Conan Core  Connector or M20x1.5 Cable Gland.
• Lights - This is box is designed to work with JetFleet LEDs optional (will fit most DIY LED strips) 
• Split pack

Parts for CNC:

• GTV Controller Box (CNC 6061 Aluminum)
  Send STP file as well as PDF Tech Data Sheet to (PCBWay or JLCPCB) see instructions below Anodized color in picture is JLCPCB sky-blue.
• Lid (CNC Polycarbonate)

1. Instructions can be found in the descriptions.

1. Select -  Upload 3D models (select STP file you downloaded) 
2. Qauty - The number want
3. Under Surface Finish Select "Add" then select "Anodizing" then select “color”
4. Threads select "YES" and upload PDF tech drawing
5. Submit order

Parts to be 3d printed 

• Gasket (Printed TPU)
• Battery cover (Printed PETG ABS PLA+)
• LED Clip (Printed PETG ABS PLA+)

Lens and Light Bar 

• Lens - Can be made with the following options 

1. Ordered pre cut from https://www.littimber.com/shop/
2. CNC Polycarbonate
3. 3D Printed in transparent material
4. Cut to size 158.5 x 20.24 x 2mm

• Light Bar - 

1. Thor300 - JetFleet GT Front LED will fit with the 3d Printed mount or a WS2815 LED Light strip can also be used and connected with a GH1.25 connector

• Other VESC will need different solutions check out AVASpark for some great options.
