remix of "Strong Printable Snap Buckle"

This is a minor remix to address a comment on the original design, with it having a closed loop on the female ends; enabling it to be installed without unstitching & restitching that end, and making a great emergency/standby replacement part.

Of course this will decrease it's strength, but for lighter loads it should still be Ok.

Modified the female parts to have an opened loop
