Pouzdro na sluchátka JBL. 

Jde o pouzdro na sluchátka JBL LIVE 670NC. Pouzdro je udělané tak, aby byl maximálně využit prostor. Uprostřed je přihrádka na kabely. Jedná se o dvoudílný model. Víko drži na krabičce pomocí magnetů. Používám 5x5x3 neodimové magnety. Je jich použito celkem 10. otvrory pro tyto magnety jsou již v stl. modelech 0,6mm pod kontaktní vrstvou. 
Pozor u modelu víka může nabízet prusa slicer, že je model potřeba opravit. Nevím, kde je problém já jsem tam žádný nenašel. Každopádně pokud kliknete na opravit, tak Vám zmizí právě otvory pro magnety.

• Verze - 0.9:
  • Tohle je prototyp. Ukázalo se, že dutina pro sluchátka je až moc přesná a tak po vložení sluchátek nastává problém s tím je vyndat. Musel jsem tak hodně brousit smirkovým papírem. 
  • Doporučuji tak model tisknout zvětšený na 102%.
  • Otvory pro magnety se během tisku ukázaly jako příliš průchodné, takže tam magnet jednoduše zapadne. Stejně jednoduše ale vysokčí a chytí se na první kovou součástku tiskárny, která projede kolem, proto je potřeba magnety přilepit - při zvětšení měřítka budou otvory pro magnety ještě volnější. Pužil jsem vteřinové lepidlo a než jsem vložil poslední magnet, tak ty už byly ty předchozí bezpečně zafixované a tisk se mohl spustit.

Na fotkách a v .gcode je víko s nápisem JBL. Písmena jsem stáhl odsud: ( https://www.printables.com/cs/model/628503-jbl-tune-670nc-headphones-case ) a použil jako negativní objem (výška 1mm). Zároveň jsem při tisku víka zapl tisk podpěr všude a trochu upravil. Výsledek se mi tak zalíbil, že jsem se rozhodl tam podpěry nechat. Vypadá to dobře a podpěry tam pevně drží. Nastavení podpěr je v .3mf souboru.

This is a case for JBL headphones. Specifically, it’s a case for JBL LIVE 670NC headphones. The case is designed to maximize space utilization. In the middle, there’s a compartment for cables. It’s a two-piece model, and the lid is held in place by magnets. I use 5x5x3 neodymium magnets, with a total of 10 magnets used. The holes for these magnets are already present in the STL models, 0.6mm below the contact layer.

Be cautious with the lid model; Prusa Slicer may suggest that the model needs repair. However, I couldn’t find any issues. Nevertheless, if you click on ‘repair,’ the magnet holes will disappear.

Version 0.9:

• This is a prototype. It turns out that the headphone cavity is too precise, making it difficult to remove the headphones once inserted. I had to sand it down significantly.
• I recommend printing the model at 102% scale.
• During printing, the magnet holes proved too open, allowing the magnet to easily fit. However, they also tend to pop out and attach to the first metal part of the printer that passes by. Therefore, it’s necessary to glue the magnets in place. If you scale up, the magnet holes will be even looser. I used instant adhesive, and by the time I inserted the last magnet, the previous ones were securely fixed, and the print could proceed.

In the photos and G-code, you’ll see the lid with the JBL logo. I downloaded the letters from here: ( https://www.printables.com/cs/model/628503-jbl-tune-670nc-headphones-case ) and used them as negative space (1mm height). Additionally, during lid printing, I enabled supports everywhere and made some adjustments. I liked the result, so I decided to keep the supports—they hold well.
