Here is what you need to reproduce this. There are two sets of prints single-corner and single middle. When you print the tophat there are (4) corners that consist of 2 prints and (4) middle pieces. I have them named for each set. Here is what you need to print. Multiply the number on the left by the number in the file name. There are some that are not vertical so you will have to cut them to fit, they are marked on the file.
4 Corner sets
(4) single-corner-7.3mm-v350-x2.stl
(4) single-corner-7.3mm-v350-x2-cut-to-fit.stl
(4) single-corner-16.5mm-v350-x2-cut-to-fit.stl
(4) single-corner-19.8mm-v350-x2.stl
(4) single-corner-v350-x16.stl
4 Middle sets
(4) single-middle-7.3mm-v350-x2.stl
(4) single-middle-10.5mm-v350-x2.stl
(4) single-middle-19.8mm-v350-x2.stl
(4) single-middle-v350-x8.stl
I printed these in 0.20mm layer height and 4 walls to make sure there is no infill. I would print one of the single_full.stl pieces to make sure they fit. When you cut the pieces to make them fit make sure you put a lighter on the cut pieces to remove the white mark that shows from cutting it. Please let me know if you have questions because I am sure I made this more complicated than it needed to be.
Special thanks to

for a great place to start all of this. I love my new tophat setup.
The author remixed this model.
This is a multi remix of skirt inserts and the top hat extension for the Voron. All the sizes are cut for the 350 version. But I am sure you could use them for the smaller variants.
