This is a protective sleeve designed to fit a 40oz, wide mouth Hydro Flask water bottle and is modeled with a hexagonal / honeycomb design. It may or may not fit other brands of similarly sized bottles, but I have included the .STEP file if you'd like to tinker.
I'd recommend printing with TPU filament, but you can use other filaments as well. I attempted this with ASA (the blue sleeve shown in the pictures - a poor choice due to ASA's poor overhang performance) and the blobbing overhangs effectively made the print too tight around the bottle and so I had to break it away from the bottle in order to get it off.
This is the first time I've ever used TPU and so I didn't really have decent settings dialed in, but I am still pleased with the outcome.
You can use a torch or heat gun to get rid of any stringing between hexagons.
This model is 227mm tall.
