Securely holds cables <4mm. Mount by screws, glue or double sided tape. Any screwholes are on the underside of the table

Description
PDFThe fit is quite tight so cables need to be relatively thin for this size and need to bend enough.
The idea is to hide the cable holder behind the tabletop. No support needed.
