Key lock mechanism

ROTATIONS TO PRINT:

Outer cover: U shape down

Tumblers: Small side down

Upper pins: Slanted side face down

Housing: 5 holes downwards

Plug: Key hole face up (needs support)

Keys: Flat

Assembly is below. For step 2, make sure that the key is in all the way.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Insert right key inside of plug.

Step 2: Insert pin tumblers inside plug so that they line up with the plug.

Step 3: Insert all into housing.

Step 4: Insert upper pins into housing with the slanted side down.

Step 5: Bend on outer cover. There should be a bigger hole and a smaller hole.

Step 6: Test it. The plug should turn with the right key in. If it doesn't, then the tumblers might be in the wrong positions.
