Tisknuto z PLA. Ozubená kola naplocho s podpěrami. Klec a polonápravy pod úhlem 45° s podpěrami. Osy nastojáka s podpěrami a/nebo límcem.

Sestavení:

• Vytisknout a očistit díly. Vrták 6mm, 8mm, 9mm.
• Přilepit ozubena kola na osy. viz obrázek
• Sestavit všechny vnitřní díly a vložit do jedné poloviny klece. (2mm otvory v kleci nečistit!)
• Celou sestavu přikrýt druhou polovinou klece. Otvory v horní polovině klece pročistit vrtákem 2mm. A nyní obě poloviny klece sešroubovat 4x M2x12mm. Nebo slepit.

• Potřeba jsou všechny díly diferenciálu kromě os. Ozubená kola se přilepí přímo na osy nápravy.
• Díly připravit podle návodu v odkazu.
• Nasunout jednu část klece diferenciálu na osy. viz obrázek
• Nasunout a přilepit ozubené kolo na vnější osu. viz obrázek 
• Nasunout a přilepit ozubené kolo na vnitřní osu. Pozor ať lepidlo neslepí osy k sobě!
• Nasunout druhou část klece a slepit klec k sobě.
• Vložit malá ozubená kolečka. Navrhuji vložit pouze 2 páry ozubených kol, aby bylo vidět co se uvnitř děje.

• Glue the gears to the axles. see picture.
• Assemble all internal parts and insert into one half of the cage. (Do not clean 2mm holes in the cage!)
• Cover the whole assembly with the other half of the cage. Clean the holes in the top half of the cage with a 2mm drill bit. Now screw both halves of the cage together with 4x M2x12mm. Or glue them together.

• You need all the parts of the differential except the axles. The gears are glued directly to the axles of this model.
• Prepare the parts according to the instructions in the link.
• Slide one part of the differential cage onto the input axles. see picture.
• Slide and glue the gear onto the outer axle. see picture.
  Slide and glue the gear onto the inner axle. Be careful not to glue the axles together!
• Slide the other part of the cage on and glue both parts of the cages together.
• Insert the small gears. I suggest inserting only 2 pairs of gears so you can see what is going on inside.
