K1 Max chain fix with ptfe guide

If you have broken the bolt for the cable chain on your K1 max like me you will be looking for a fix.

I didn't have any 4mm bolts and nuts so changed the models to work with a heatset insert and 3mm bolt. To adapt the 3mm bolt to the 4mm hole I have included a small sleeve.

Mine were printed in PETG-CF and work perfectly. 

The specific models were chosen because one fixes the broken bolt issue and the other provides a swivel guide to help the filament enter the extruder smoothly.

The stock cable chain has a shoulder bolt but as I didn't have any of those available I used a regular 3mm cap head bolt. Do not tighten too much or the cable chain won't swivel. The bolt has a tendence to work it's way out so alittle light strength thread locker is needed.

I combined these two models and adjusted a few tolerances to make it work for my printer.
I also added a boss for 3mm heat insert because I didn't have any spare 4mm bolts and nuts.
