A theoretically simple but in practice quite complicated part to for connecting a TYT MD-UV390 (optionally plus) to a KlickFast style dock. This is a minimal approach to produce a small but secure alternative to a standard belt clip without requiring a secondary case. It may also be compatible with the Retevis RT-8 as these are reported to be the same radio, but I do not have one to test or any images to confirm

It requires the bracket of an existing MD390 belt clip in order to attach to the radio. I have tried several designs that do not require this part, however was unable to make anything strong enough to hold the radio firmly in place.

1x M3x20 bolt (I used pan head socket but that's not important
2x M3 thin washers
1x M3 nut

Making instructions

Print the part horizontal/at a slight angle
This requires supports but will provide a much stronger finish product as the layer lines are not perpendicular to the primary force. See screenshot for how I oriented it.
Drill out hinge pin connecting belt clip to the metal bracket
This is made more tricky thanks to the spring and overall difficulties in drilling a hinge, but is possible with just a hand drill and a pair of pliers.
Attach the metal bracket to the radio first
Use an M3x20 bolt, a pair of washers, and an M3 nut to attach the printed part to the bracket
This is deliberately undersized so you can use the bracket as a sprint to keep tension on the bolt and stop it unscrewing as easily. It also allows you to apply a fairly significant amount of pressure to the part to stop it turning easily (although it will still turn with enough force, I tried to eliminate this but realised it might help with longevity as it can absorb some shock loads)
