The hubs are a great way to make a cargo net quickly. Thread them onto the line and weave them into a net by bending the lines.
They can take substantial strain without breaking. More than enough for carrying an extra layer and waterproofs on a walking bag.
I used 4mm bungee and printed PLA at 25% infill.
The split versions have 2mm holes to add filament pegs for indexing.
I made this model to be used with my cargo buddy to make cargo nets for hiking backpacks
