Fiat 500e key enclosure

The Fiat 500e has a key, which is sealed to be waterproof. Downside is, that it is not possible to exchange the battery, at least without destroying the shell.

After you manage to get the electronics part out of the shelle and exchange the battery, you would want to put it into a new shell or just wrap it with duct tape or something els. A nicer method is to print a simple box to hold the electronics of the key in it.

I printed mine on the Bambu Lab P1S with ABS. The text is printed with a silver ABS and the rest in black. The STL Files contain the text in a height of 0.08mm so it could be printed in high resolution and the text only has 1 layer. So there is only 1 filament change.

The picture shows a print with 0.2mm layer hight though.

It is also possible to use only the upper part with the text, so that there is text on both sides or use only the lower part without text, so there is no text at all. In this case, just print 2 copies of the part, but mirror one of them along Y or X axis, so it fits together.
