M67 Airsoft spring grenade bottom cap replacement

This is replacement of the bottom cap of the M67 airsoft 🔫 spring grenade.

That M67 is available on many sellers on AliExpress for around ~ 8€ shipping included.

That is a great airsoft spring grenade, which perform better than some others I tested previously.
(Both on triggering when I want, and not triggering when I don't want to).

Despite it's great design, the round cap where we put bbs, could be lost on the field.
So now you can print some replacement 🎉

Printed in 20min / 4g / 1.23 meters

Note: Once the part is printed, you may have a bit too much resistance at first, for turning the cap in place by hand. Take some pliers (see picture) and use it to turn the cap few times back and forth. After few times with the pliers, it should be good to go by hand 👍

3D printing settings

• PLA (220 / 60)
• Layer height 0.2mm
• 2 walls
• 20% infill (but there is not much infill usage anyway)
• Use support (print as shown in the slicer picture) Support is removed very easily (see picture)
• Plate adhesion: Brim 3mm
• Seams: random
