Update: Removed the wire cutout as it seemed to weaken the part and was unnecessary.
My son broke the front Shock Proof Plank (Part Number SN-SJ12) on his LAEGENDARY Sonic 1:16 RC car and they have been out of stock for a long time (maybe don't sell them anymore?) so I created a replacement part that matches the screw hole alignment and function of the original (but only functionally since this part is not seen - and I'm pretty sure it is stronger this way being a 3D printed part).
The STL is available for quick printing (obviously, draft print if you are not sure it will work). Also, I've included the Blender file for anyone who wishes to make modifications/improvements.
Last, the screw holes are tight! You can tap them if you have the tools, modify the Blender file, or just slowly work at them until they go in.
I used PLA+, 3 layer walls, and a fairly concentrated infill (not sure exactly what anymore).
