Two sliders can be attached to any length 5/8" to ¾" thick wood beam to allow drawing or cutting a circle.  If you prefer not to use a wood scrap, you can print the beam consisting of multiple beam extensions that press fit together.  

The center pinpoint is offset from the center so that you can turn it and make ~¼" adjustment in the diameter by turning the pin.  

PLA bolts secure the sliders, center pin, pencil, and beam together.

The PLA beams are optional.
