Standard Nerf Type to Worker Dart Conversion

Recently built Blasters for relatives that use Talon magazines and Worker type half length darts. As they already owned copious amounts of cheap chinese full size foam darts, I printed soft TPU heads and a template cutting block allowing them to convert full size darts into 2 x worker style darts.

Applying a spot of super glue on insert, pushing together before cutting in half using guide block & sharp knife, they have repurposed darts to use in their @Sillybutts SLAB & Alchemist Talon magagazine blasters.

While not as effective/accurate as quality Worker darts they are a cheaper alternative for those with less funds at around 1-2p each.

Cutting Guide printed 4 walls 20% infill PLA

Darts head inserts printed 2 walls 20% infill TPU in groups with 5mm brim & 0.15mm gap.
