Ger:

Da ich zu 90% mit geschlossenem Geh\u00e4use drucke, wollte ich es noch etwas Luftdichter haben + mehr Raum nach oben generieren.

Komplett Modell, sowie 4 Teile Version mit Schwalbenschwanzverbindungen zum Download.

Weiterhin jeweils als recht fest sitzende, sowie leicht lose Variante.

(Ich nutze selbst die Feste)

Um die Mittleren Auflagen fest montieren zu k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen weitere M3 Gewinde in das Geh\u00e4use geschnitten werden. Dies nur auf eigene Gefahr, wer sich unsicher ist, entweder Locker lassen (was auch einigerma\u00dfen gut h\u00e4lt) oder kleben. (Siehe Variante ohne mittlere Schraubenl\u00f6cher)

Wer schraubt unbedingt auf die l\u00e4nge der Schrauben achten, da diese sonst gegen den Y Schlitten sto\u00dfen!

Wichtige Infos zum Druck:

Material: ABS (damit sich bei hohen Druck-Temperaturen nichts verformt)

St\u00fctzen: Normal, Baum w\u00e4re sicher auch m\u00f6glich.

Naht: auf die innen Seite fest legen, jedenfalls darf sie nicht an den Verbindungsnuten liegen.

An die Schrumpung / Verzug denken.

(Am besten erst die 4 Ecken Drucken, hinterher ggf. Mittelstege entsprechend Skalieren.)

Ich stelle neben der Original Datei, auch die Skalierung zum Download, welche bei mir am besten gepasst hat (scaled+1,5mm).

Since I print 90% with a closed housing, I wanted it to be a bit more airtight + generate more space at the top.

Complete model, as well as 4-part version with dovetail joints for download.

Also available as a fairly tight and slightly loose version.

(I use the tight one myself)

In order to be able to mount the middle supports, additional M3 threads must be cut into the housing. This is only at your own risk, if you are unsure, either leave them loose (which also holds reasonably well) or glue them. (See version without middle screw holes)

If you screw, make sure you pay attention to the length of the screws, otherwise they will hit the Y carriage!

Important information about printing:

Material: ABS (so that nothing deforms at high printing temperatures)

Supports: Normal, tree would certainly also be possible.

Seam: fixed position on the inside, in any case it must not lie on the connecting grooves.

Think about shrinkage / warping.

(may print the 4 corners first and then scale the middle bars accordingly if necessary.)
