Since I had upgraded all the pulleys of this printer to aluminum GT2 pulleys (and I also recommend to do so. The stock ones are made out of plastic and have a huge runout), and they are a little bit bigger than the stock one, which make the stock one not fit anymore. So I designed this model in order to fit well with new pulleys and be able to fine tune the belt tension of the Y axis. The V2 version is a drop in replacement for the stock one. The V3 version has the capability to adjust belt tension but require to drill a hole to fit in a M5 bolt. You also need to break a small piece in the back panel to fit the V3 version

You can use piece Mod_Rear_V3_4, print some extra pieces, bolt them temporary in to align for drilling holes. Remember to drill through the plastic also so you can adjust them later without having to open the whole printer up.

You can use a drill to help push the rods tight into the holes. Just drill slowly and push.

BOM list:

8 of 3mm or 1/8" shaft

8 counter sunk M3

2 M5 heat inserts

2 long M5 Bolt (more than 25mm)
