Rattle-free/quiet Prusa MMU3 Idler
Description
PDFRemixed the standard R4 version of the idler to remove rattling sound when idler moves.

Print as oriented. This remix adds a .5mm bearing spacer to each wall of the bearing slots which sits against the innner bearing race to prevent the rattle heard otherwise. Not sure why Prusa designed this as such, they have their reasons, but I added these protrusions to secure the bearings which eliminates rattling. This sits against the inner race of the bearing so rotation is not impacted.
The bearing measures 4.96mm wide. The bearing slot is 6mm wide. These spacers reduce the space for the inner race to 5mm.
Use Prusa specified printing parameters:
- 0.20mm QUALITY
- Filament: PETG (tested on Prusament)
- 20% Grid infill
