Saitek Pro Throttle Quadrant Dust Cover

Made a quick dust cover to avoid future cleaning of Saitek Pro throttle quadrant. Added a little hole for the appropriate “Remove Before Flight” tag. To ensure it doesn't fall off I added a couple velcro dots to the cover and the top of the throttle assembly.
