Big LED Arch with only 3 different parts to print.
No support needed, just use brim for the Arch.
You need to print:
Each base have cutouts for 7 x M12 nuts (the Touch-Version 8x), to add weight (about 100g per side).
It's not needed, but could add stability.
To insert the nuts you must stop the print after 10.7mm layer! (M600 - Filament change)
The switch hole on Base1 is 13x20mm (you can ad a support there, but is not needed).
Matching switches: 2 way rocker On-Off, 3 way rocker On-Off-On
On the Arch there fits two 10mm LED Strips side by side with a length of 230cm, 100cm on the 71 arch.
Size assembled:
Width: 154cm
Height: 81cm
If you want to use the 3 way rocker:
You can solder the + from stripe one to "I", the + from stripe two to "II", the power on the center of the switch and a diode (1n4007) between I and II.
If switch position "I",one stripe lights up,and if switch position "II" both stripes lights up.
