I made a plug that will go into the diagnostic connector to make it easier to access the pins in it.
I had some 14gauge romex wire used when remodeling our basement for all of the electric boxes and lights.
It was thick enough to let the pins on the connector slide up against them for the contact. I made a hole about 1.8mm diamater and put it on an angle. So the pin in the connector will go into the empty area of the box and slide up against the 14wire.
