The uploaded files have the recessed track on the base on the long edge, while the pictures show the recessed track on the short edge. A lot of processing work required to make the file usable. (edited)
Floating Curtain Hook, Window Curtain Tie
The mounting bracket is attached to the wall or window casing with two screws. The main hook slides on to the bracket.
