You need only things that are provided with the Accesspoint from Cisco. You can screw the 4 little screws in the plate and it should hold. Print lying flat on the back and in the middle part at least 50% Infill and 3 Walls, otherwise heavy AP (9166, 9164, 9136, etc) will bend the middle part to much.
Compatible with the Cisco AIR-AP-BRACKET-1 and AIR-AP-BRACKET-2. The narrow part is for compatibility with the low Profile BRACKET-1.
All Cisco AP from the 1040/1140 Series to the newest 916x Series have the same mounting bracket and work with the Foot. Even the new large one have enough space to fit in.
If you mount the bracket with the Ethernet Cable to the lower end and put the cable trough the hole in the back then is the Cisco-Sign Upside-down. If you want to have the Logo the right way around you should mount the plate that the Ethernet Cable goes up.
