Here is a holder for the new series 2 Kyber Crystals from Galaxy's Edge that also displays the case. There is also a hole through the bottom for a standard 5mm LED.
To power the LED I originally used a battery holder that uses 2 AAA batteries. I prefer a plug in one so I do not have to use batteries so I went to goodwill and found a power adaptert that outputs 4.7 volts and 0.1 amps. This is very safe. You can just solder the leads to your LED or you can find a way to connect multiple.
PRINTING TIPS:
There are three prints available here. Version 2 is easy to print without supports and lays flat. Print with a raft and a brim to keep your corners from lifting. I recommend editing this model to extend the bottom more if you can so the crystal case doesn't hang over. I made it short to work on my smaller printing where my build area I have available is 6"x6" on the Adventurer 3.
Version 3 is at a 15 degree angle with room underneath to hide wires or anything you choose.
“Crystal Holder Legs v1” Should be glued to “Kyber Crystal Holder V2” for a 25 degree lift and better display plus room for any wires.
