Keystone Conversion Plate for MyElectronics Raspi Mount

Keystone jack converter for adding Ethernet / HDMI to the MyElectronics 2U Raspberry Pi rackmount. They sell official ones but then you need to store the originals somewhere, and they're expensive!

Makes much more sense to have a conversion insert.
