40mm Blood Bowl board

My friend wanted a big Blood Bowl board, I made him a big Blood Bowl board. He wanted it to fit larger mini bases, so each pocket is 40mm and the dividers are 2mm. The bottom is only 1mm thick, but the grid makes it pretty rigid still.

Even on a Prusa XL, I had to print it in 8 parts. Each piece is unique, so it can only fit together one way. I've included the Blender file so it can be adapted.

NOTE: I made the file with 0mm tolerance, and it printed and fit together perfectly, you may need to alter that for your printer. I've included a small test file to see if the tolerances are good for you.
