Snap-on Paper Towel Holder for Amazon Basics Wire Shelving

I Liked Desmodromic design for the paper towel holder, but I needed the rolls to face downward instead of outward, so I realigned the hooks 90 degrees. Also, the shelves I’m using are Amazon Basic shelves that has deferent spacing, so I also adjusted the size accordingly. It still will snap to place tightly.
