Creality K1 Max bigger duct

Hello friends,

The original duct for the side fan of K1 Max is very small for its bed size, and is not cooling parts closer to the edges. This is why i draw this bigger variant, taking into account the flow of the incoming air, that's why it's a little narrower. I print the the part, and  I'm using it right now, and YES, it is so much better. 

Must confess, this is a hard one to print, but mine came out pretty well, after many tests of bridge settings. I print it with PETG with multiple layers of bridging, and will include Creality Print 4.3.8 profile for this material. You will also find a test part to use, before start printing the duct.

To install the new duct, simply unscrew the M3 bolt that holds the old one(from outside of the side acrylic panel), remove the older duct, attach the bigger one to the vent, use the same M3 bolt with M3 nut that you will need… this is it.

IMPORTANT: The latest revision of the K1 Max(Rev3) is not suitable with this duct.
