This is a replacement t-handle from a snow-plow attachment for a 4-wheeler.
It's designed around the standard with a few added features to make it a bit better.
It's slightly longer, tapered a bit-better and the bottom has a flare to fit around the base and pivot-point which should make it stronger.
I'll upload pics once it's mounted. It will be interesting to see how it holds-up.
Photo is rev 1 before I added the flare at the bottom and shaped things a bit better. I'll update with the final print once it's finished.
2019-01-22: UPDATE
Part has been printed and should work perfectly. I'll post an update when it's installed.
If you use-this please post a make so I can see how it performs compared to the stock for others!
2019-01-28: UPDATE
The first print cracked at a layer line by the holes. I think it was due to excessive force putting the spring-ins in. I added some bosses to the outside to help thicken the holes and enlarged them slightly (a 1/8" roll-pin should fit better now). I also printed it at 210c (the first one was 200c). The extra heat should hopefully help with layer adhesion if that was an issue.
If you make one - please poste a make so I can see if/how it's being used. The plow this was made for was sold, so I won't know if it holds-up or not.
