Piston Cup Supportless

I used these modifed parts along with the original parts to print out 72 trophies for a cub scouting event. I used the text tool inside of Prusa Slicer & Bambu Studio to add customization for the specific event. 

The green arm in the picture is the flat backside of the remixed part.

I printed the heads with different Gold, Silver and Bronze heads and the body of the trophy with a specific color for each Age group.

Everything printed with Zyltech PETG filament.

The Arm can now be printed without any supports and the Base has less overhangs on the base and is hollowed out in the middle.
