Buffer platform for MMU3 / Original Prusa Enclosure

A simple and tested way to mount the filament buffer onto the Prusa enclosure.

Printed on MK4 with PETG. You need to print the ground plates for the buffer, too. I used and scaled a box template in Prusa slicer.

Additionally required: 

4 M3 square nuts

2 M3x10

2 M3x12

2 Al profile (for instance 12x12x1.5, length appr. 515mm

optional: 4 small PT screws (2mm) to fix the Al profile

 

You can use different spool holders. For this arrangement I used 4x the original ptfe tubes coming with the MMU3. For the last one I used “sourcing map PTFE-Schlauchschlauch 2.5x4mm” (may be 80mm).

For my setup, I used the eSUN filament boxes. It's convenient that the filament passage is pluggable and not part of the box.
