Quick Camper (RV) window leakage stopper

The large roof hatch as can be found on the Burstner Campers (RV's) tend to develop leakage.
On the one hand, the sealing rubber becomes less flexible, on the other hand, the roof hatch can become warped by heat of the sun.

The replacement is expensive and not an easy job to do.
The quick solution to solve this (temporary?) is to slide this little part over the existing clamp. This will tighten the hatch fit.

The clamp should be placed over the existing fixed part of the handle. Gluing is not necessary.
The clamp, as used on the Burstner Camper (Skyroof 70x50cm) is made in such a way that you can choose between a height of 1.3 or 2.0mm
the other clamp fits the Fjord-outdoor (www.fjord-outdoor.nl) clamp. The hight is fixed to 2mm.
