Removed the stairs, but made the hand rail more prominent, and I made it more art deco like so many malls are.

Description
PDFReworked the previous version, made it from the bottom up. I like it a lot more, but it's still not perfect.
Potential issues with slicing, be warned. I'm putting it up for now, but I'll probably go back to add steps and fix some minor nitpicks I had
