The basis extruder was taken from Dmitry Sorkin’s mini-feeder, and adapted for the “creality k1” print head. (original model: https://k3d.tech/minifeeder/ )
. For assembly you will need a BMG kit, screws and bushings with M3 threads - (but you can do without them).
You will also need to raise the cable channel by installing spacers so that the extruder motor does not catch on it during calibration.
Using this extruder I managed to achieve stable printing of TPU A95 with a volumetric flow rate of 5-7/mm3

for a stepper motor with 10 gear teeth, I had to reduce the thickness of the rear part by 2 mm, since the gear rod is shorter.
