Prusa Mk3 Drop-In 608 Bearing Spool Holder

This is a straight rip of MIRCON's model with the interface changed to fit into the stock Prusa Mk3 spool holder arm. I reverse engineered that geometry, used it to replace the Bambu mount interface, and made some small fitment changes to the original model. This twists into the supplied injection molded arm on the Prusa Mk3 as shown in the photos.

Since MIRCON included their .SLDPRT files I will as well. These are Solidworks 2021.

I printed this with basic PLA using the “Strength .20mm” Bambu profile (6 walls) and 10% infill. It's held up fine so far.

• Mount geometry changed to interface with stock Prusa Mk3 spool holder arm
• Increased bearing OD fit from 22 to 22.1 mm
• Increased bearing ID fit from 7.9 to 8.05 mm
