TITLE:
Quick print screw mount furniture sliders by jboly

DESCRIPTION:

Easy / Quick printable furniture sliders for cheap felt pads.
A 48pack of pads can be purchased on Amazon for around 6 USD.  https://amzn.to/3CLXmoD

These pads protect wood floors, but they don't always stick well to wood furniture legs and they tend to smear off with use.

These sliders solve that problem for just a few cents worth of filament.  They can be quickly customized to fit any round pad size.  They can be printed in any color to match your furniture.  I recommend printing them in PETG as it is more durable.

The ones I printed for 1" pads work great with small #4 x 1/2 in screws. I used them to protect floor from the high bar chairs in my kitchen.  Prints in 7 minutes on my Prusa Mini+ or enough for two chairs in 45 minutes.

No Support needed to print. You can use copy/paste/arrange in your slicer to generate a whole set of sliders for furniture legs quickly.

Included both .STL files for 1" and 2" felt pads as well as OpenSCAD model to allow you to scale as needed to match your own furniture.  See .scad file for recommended values.

Note: you might want to turn on "detect thin walls" or reduce number of perimeters if you are printing 1mm or smaller walls and using a .4mm nozzle.
