This is a keycap puller I designed to be material efficient and quick to reprint since cats seem to keep depriving me of my injection molded ones. (great for using up small strands too) I was worried about scratching, so I tried to make one that would avoid that.
Attached are CAD (fusion 360), 3MF, and gcode files. They are parametric, so if you print using a different material other than PLA+, you will likely need to adjust the thickness or arm angles to account for the difference in rigidity. Getting the rounded end hooks right is hard on a 0.4mm nozzle. I made it work, but a smaller nozzle would made it hook and pull off much more reliably. If you re-slice it, make sure the Z seam is not on the tips where it can affect the geometry of the end hooks or cause the part to scratch keys.
I used Ender 3s for these prints (200x200x300) with PEI build plates and sliced the gcode to print with the standard 0.2mm with the exception of 1.5mm of retraction since I modified my printers to be direct drive.
