As shown in the photo this is an arm to attach a soldering iron to a drill press because I didn't want to buy, wait for and then have yet another tool when I have one that will do the job already. There is a problem that the soldering iron still rotates freely with the drill chuck. I tried adding a support tab but could not make this stable enough, then found that a judiciously placed cable tie was the right thing to bind the chck in a single position (see photo).
You also need a 30mm m3 screw and a wingnut to secure the arm, or probably another cable tie will do this job too.
If you happen to have a drill press and soldering iron like mine then you can just print and go, otherwise I have named the relevant variables to adjust the chuck and soldering iron diameters (and the support tab) for your own adjustment in the Freecad file.
