I ordered some ESP32's and printed the Chonky case without measuring. It seems the boards I received with USBC were about a milimimeter longer than the boards from the original chonky case.
51.75mm long boards
Of note it seems the status LED's are slightly off from where the holes are but you can still see the light from the LED.
Also note check the slicer preview for the compliant buttons as i had to enable “print thin walls” in cura otherwise the circular cutout/gap was being filled in.
I printed in ASA as that's what I had in my printer at the time. Could likely print in PLA/PETG/ABS etc.
The author remixed this model.
Lengthened the enclosure by about a milimeter and carved out rounded space for USBC connector in place of microusb port cutout on both lid and base.
My reference board is 51.75mm length usb C esp32 boards.
