Wanting to keep my new SL1S indoors I cobbled this together to vent the fumes from resin. It's based on a Nutone Silent Inline Bathroom Vent (NuTone ILFK130 (sadly, out of production but maybe you can find one or something like it)) in combination with standard 4" dryer vent. I dubbed this “Snuffleupagus” and originally used it for cigar smoke.
The project has an adaptor that fits onto the back of the SL1S printer. A dryer hose is attached to that, goes to the inline fan, to hose again, and to the plenum, etc. to vent out a the window which has been narrowly opened.
The plenum, elbow and adaptors are glued together (use a special cyanoacrylate for plastic, like 3M's Scotch-Weld PR40).
The window duct should be printed with a .8mm nozzle with a high layer thickness. The Vent Adaptor .6mm or .8mm should be fine.
Make them from PLA or PETG. I do not believe the window duct parts can be printed on a Mini. I used a MK4.
