AMS v2 - With Dual Build Plate

I've seen at least 6 versions of the AMS Bottom Cover Unit. I haven't really seen any variations on the V.2 model. I decided to update the V2 AMS Base with a dual plate holder and side braces for the 2-tier stand. I'm sure, like others, they have more than 6 build plates like me. Hence, why I made it dual-sided. If you don't want the dual plate holder, there are options for a single-sided build plate holder with a normal support base and brace for the opposing side. I ran across the model by ShaneT and spoke with him about some variations. Due to all the inconsistencies from Bambu Labs, Shane decided to make a universal 2-tier build plate stand. If you want something universal, you should check out his model here. If you have only Version 2 of the AMS, then this might be the version for you. I have made a few thickness variations from the original and with the build plate holder. I wanted equal spacing and gaps for the build plates.

There are four build plates in the print profile:

Upper Left and Right Brackets

Lower Bracket and Side Brace for either side

Lower Left Bracket and Side Brace with plate holder

Lower Right Bracket and Side Brace with plate holder

You can choose from several configurations, including:

Plate holders on both sides: 1 x Upper Brackets + 1 x Lower Left Plate Bracket & Brace + 1 x Lower Right Plate Bracket & Brace

Plate holder on the right: 1 x Upper Brackets + 1 x Lower Bracket & Side Brace + 1 x Lower Right Plate Bracket & Brace

Plate holder on the left: 1 x Upper Brackets + 1 x Lower Bracket & Side Brace + 1 x Lower Left Plate Bracket & Brace

No build plate holder: 1 x Upper Brackets + 2 x Lower Bracket & Side Brace

In addition to the printed parts, you will need the following:

4 x 420mm 2020 aluminum profile

4 x M5x10mm or 12mm + 4 x M5 T-Nut for side braces

For added stability, use the following optional parts:

2 x 380mm 2020 aluminum profile

4 x 6mm L-Joint Brackets and screws

I modified the first model thickness and hole size from 20mm to 20.3 to allow room for the 2020 aluminum. For the second model. I removed the lower brace plate. moved a build plate to the lower brace. I remixed the upper brace along with the top brace. The top brace had holes along with the bottom brace. Those were removed. I mixed the different extrusions, chamfer between the models and add new one.
