Living in Denmark, I really liked the super-slim Form plugs (https://www.designerstik.dk/) which are quite helpful if you have sockets behind the furniture.

But they are discontinued, and some goddamn scalper is selling them on DBA for 600 kr. (almost 100 € - WTF), so I decided it's time to roll my own version.

For the metal plug pins and mounting screws, you need to take apart the following standard plug: https://www.bauhaus.dk/vinkelstikprop-uden-jord-hvid (the pins from other DIY plugs may or may not fit as well - expected dimension for the square top are 6 mm on each side).

The plug pins have the cable slot on the back, though, so each one needs a bit of extra work and you'll have to drill an additional 3 mm hole into the center of one side (see picture) so that the cables can be mounted sideways.

Next, insert the drilled pins into the bottom shell so that the new holes face towards the front/top:

Afterwards, mount the cable using the new holes. I recommend stripping 25 mm from the outer insulation, and 5 mm from the inner.

Finally, use the screws from the original strain relief (M3x12) to secure the top shell/strain relief (some trimming may be needed, especially for the slanted locking nose in the front and potentially the cable insulation itself as well):

And done!

Last but not least, a disclaimer: I'm not a licensed electrician, so anything here is entirely without warranty. That being said, I've taken reasonable care to have thick walls and a sturdy shell that won't let you come anywhere near live metal parts. Both PLA and ABS are excellent isolators, although PLA might absorb moisture from the air over longer periods and that may reduce the isolation. YMMV. Also, I'd advise against using this for devices with a large power draw, something above 8 Amps might start to warm up the pins and - in the worst case - deform the shell.
