Elegoo inner spool ring

Inner ring for Elegoo cardboard spools to reduce drag on filament rollers. With a little persuasion it is reusable, I tested with 4 different PLA rolls.

I printed with 6 perimeters, it doesn't need 6 but this means you get 100% perimeters and it prints quicker. 

Uses about 2.5g of filament, I used Elegoo PLA.
