Minor remix of Gravity Knife for Utility Blades

Please be aware, that these types of knives are prohibited in Canada.

This is a minor remix of the trunnions which now include printed threads.  There are 2 versions of the trunnions available.  One set which looks similar to the originals, and a second set which has some knurling and makes it easier to do blade changes.

I'd recommend printing the trunnions at a 0.10mm layer height.

Other than the blade, there's no additional hardware required.
