Robomow RS630 Wheel

I designed a combo 3D printed/CNC machined wheel for my Robomow RS630 when the plastic gear stripped in mine.  I only have a Prusa Mini so I could not print an entire wheel but I do have a CNC router so I printed the center hub with the gear splines and then modeled the rest to be CNC cut from wood.  It worked great for a few weeks (long enough for a replacement wheel to arrive). Eventually the glue joint failed between the wood and plastic. Both parts were undamaged and could have been reglued.  For long term use, you might want to attach the two with screws or a little epoxy for a better bond.
