3DQF filament comes on very flimsy cardboard spools, which are pretty much unusable in my Bambu AMS, due to the rim deforming and not rolling properly.

I found a few other rims on here, but they were unsuitable for a few reasons - one was too big, and also most didn't seem to have any way to retain the rim onto the spool and it would surely just fall off?!

This design will work on spools 195mm overall diameter and 70mm core diameter. If you need one made a different size let me know and I can have a go.

You will need an M6 bolt of at least 70mm length (and an M6 nut), or threaded rod to match. You can easily spin the rim one side to cinch it down nice and tight.

There rim doesn't fit over the edge of the spool due to a ring of cardboard in the centre, however it doesn't really affect how it works, and it fits in my AMS and spins fine. I will probably make a MkII at some point which is narrower, I just need to figure out a design which can be printed without supports.
