Creality K1 Filament Sensor Right Side Mount

Designed to work with the combination of Creality DB-02 filament dryer (may also work with others, I hope). 

Features:

• No supports.
• Cable management for sensor cable.
• 4-point mounting to reduce rattling during printing.

Installation 

Installation requires additional 3pcs M3x8 screws (minimum M3x6), see picture with arrows. All other mounting is done with standard screws.

Most of your time will be spent releasing the extra length of filament sensor cable. Remove the bottom plate, the right cover of the cable in the chamber and unzip the tie that holds the cable under the bottom. To get the best result, I pulled the cord completely out of the printer and re-routed it. Be patient :)

Recommended Print Settings:

• Nozzle: 0.4
• Layer height: 0.2
• Wall loops: 2
• Top/Bottom layers: 5
• Infill: 20%
• Brim type: Mouse ear
• No supports
