Zyliss Jaws (Vunder Vise, Grip Master, Z-Vise, SwissRex)

I just got a Zyliss vise and wanted soft jaws. There is another version of Zyliss soft jaws here on Thingiverse ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3749322 ) but they were a bit too loose, so I designed my own which I printed in TPU. This is not a criticism of the other design. Since the Zyliss has been made in one form or another for over 60 years, it is very possible that my Zyliss simply has slightly different dimensions.

While I was at it, I made some lower jaws to match. While these could be printed from TPU as well, I made mine from PETG as my primary goal here was to create a larger gripping surface. A significant variation in my design over the originals is a cutout to allow use of the quick-release present in many, but not all, Zyliss-style vises.

These may or may not fit the various Zyliss clones and licensees such as Grip Master, Vunder Vise, Z-Vise, OZ Vice, Extra Pair of Hands, Mr. Strong, Bosch SPV-200 etc.

Notes:

I printed the upper jaws solid by increasing the perimeters unti no fill was needed.
Position on bed with small opening down and no supports are needed.

The lower jaws I printed from PETG, with 20% infill and extra perimeters to add strength to the two clips. Position on bed with top down and use supports for the two clip arms.
