I printed 20mm, 3 walls and PETG. You need at least 2 M3X20 pan head screws to secure and stabilize the blower into the part. I used 4 because I wanted they super tight :)
I managed to print the left one without any supports and for the right one only on the extreme overhang, but I did it with good cooling using prototypes of the same duct, added images for good visualization :)
Hope you like it. These have the best airflow I tested so far for ender 3 v3 se with 5015 blowers. Thanks the author for the original model.
On a later date I will try to put honeycomb walls on these to improve aesthetics even more. Will run some tests before to ensure this doesn't harm efficiency.
The author remixed this model.
Reduced filament waste, improved aesthetics and stability. These are supposed to be used with screws to tightly secure the blowers in the part, eliminating the vibrations the original model had. I used 4x Pan Head M3X20, but only one in each part is sufficient I believe to secure and stabilize the blower into the part. The ducts remain unmodified since I found them to be very efficient.
